Return & Refund Policy – Myntera

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you have any issues, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Sealed booster packs and displays are only eligible for return if damaged or defective upon arrival.

Non-returnable items: Opened booster packs, single cards (due to condition sensitivity), and digital products.

Process: Email us at Myntera@hotmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll respond within 2 business days.

Refunds: Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Shipping costs: Return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the item was defective or incorrectly sent..
